How Your Order Is Shipped
All Fanciore orders are prepared and dispatched through our global fulfilment network. Once your order is placed, it is sourced, quality-checked, carefully packaged, and handed to the courier for delivery.
Please allow up to 4 business days for order preparation before dispatch.

Delivery time estimates below are calculated from the date you place your order and include our standard 4 business-day preparation window. All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per region and is displayed at checkout in your local currency. Shipping is complimentary on orders that meet the qualifying spend threshold for your region — you will see this applied automatically at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by Fanciore. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If delivery is unsuccessful because the parcel is uncollected, refused, or undeliverable due to an incomplete address, the following may apply:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery.
- If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to our fulfilment partner.
- If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned by the courier or local authorities (which may occur after failed delivery attempts), we are unable to provide a refund.
If the parcel is successfully returned to us, we will refund the order value minus any return shipping costs charged by the courier.
Authority to Leave
Couriers may deliver your order without requiring a signature if they consider the location to be secure. Please be aware:
- Once a parcel is marked as "Delivered", ownership transfers to the customer.
- Fanciore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels after delivery has been confirmed.
- We recommend shipping to a workplace or a location where someone is available to receive your order.
Additional Notes
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
