Refund policy
At Fanciore, we want every piece to make you feel confident and elegant. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and simple return process. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your item is eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
All eligible returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
Where required by local consumer protection laws, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you notify us within this period, you will receive a refund to your original payment method once the item is returned and assessed.
After 14 days (where applicable), eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing outside legally required regions.
Store credit allows you to select a new size or style at your convenience and is valid for up to one year from the date of issue (where permitted by platform and local regulations).
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will ship the replacement size free of charge.

How Returns Work
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request through our portal.
- Once your return is approved: You will have 14 days to ship your item back to us. A courier scan within this timeframe is sufficient.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit or refund (where applicable by law).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from marks, including makeup, perfume, deodorant, or tanning products
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Hygiene stickers must remain attached (for bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie)
- Must not show signs of wear beyond reasonable try-on for sizing purposes
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale items
- Earrings and underwear accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
Fanciore reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If an ineligible item is sent to us, the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping within 30 days of our notification. Items not claimed within this period will be considered abandoned and will not be returned or refunded.
Final Sale Items
Items included in the Final Sale collection are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless confirmed faulty by our team. Items discounted through regular sale promotions remain eligible for return under our standard policy.
Unauthorised returns of Final Sale items will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees.
Store credit will be issued in the currency of the original purchase where possible and is valid for up to one year (subject to platform and legal limitations).
Direct exchanges are not automatically processed. Customers may reorder their preferred size or style using their store credit, or use the complimentary size exchange outlined above.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fanciore is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of every piece. In the rare instance you receive a faulty item:
- Submit a return request via the portal within 30 days of delivery.
- Select “Arrived Faulty” and include clear photos and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, a free return label will be provided.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and assessed.
Faults must not be caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
Refund Processing for Faulty Items
After we receive and inspect your returned faulty item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
Fair Use
To ensure fairness for all customers, Fanciore monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse returns or restrict future purchases in cases of excessive returns or suspected policy abuse.
