How do I place an order?

Select your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. If you have any issues placing your order, you can also reach us via live chat, email, or our contact form.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you may check out as a guest. However, we encourage our customer to create an account so it allows you to track orders, view order history, and check out faster next time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s placed, so changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Once it has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or reach out — we’re happy to help.

What if the item I want is sold out?

You can sign up to our email for restock notifications on the product page. Some styles return, while others are limited edition — so if you love it, we recommend securing it early.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers across the United States and Canada.

When will my order be shipped?

We work hard to ship quickly:

  • Orders placed before 12PM EST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12PM EST ship within 24 business hours
  • Orders placed after 12PM on Fridays ship Monday

We’ll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your region and selected method. Free shipping is available at certain order thresholds, which are displayed at checkout.

Will I receive tracking updates?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns are issued as store credit so you can choose a new size or style you’ll love.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing preferences.

How do I start a return?

Simply submit your request through our Returns Portal within 14 business days of receiving your order. We’ve made the process simple and guided so you know exactly what to do.

Once approved, you have 14 days to ship your item back to us. A courier scan within this timeframe is required.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
You can return your item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred size or style. 
Return shipping and handling fees apply unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered for items that arrive faulty. For all other returns, store credit will be issued.

If something isn’t right, please lodge a return with photos within 14 days.
Once confirmed, we’ll provide a free return label and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

What if my return doesn’t meet the conditions?

Items that don’t follow our return guidelines will be sent back to you at your own cost.
We encourage customers to review the policy before submitting a return — but if you’re unsure, our team is happy to assist.
